Design & Configuration

The ICON System is a powerful tool which is available as an ‘off the shelf’ solution, or as a system specially configured for your requirements. ICON can assist you in the initial configuration, including adding branding to reflect your organisation's corporate image/identity.

Implementation

To help you and get you up-and-running as quickly as possible, an experienced member of the ICON team will be your Content Manager. He or she will be in regular contact throughout the implementation and assist with any enquiries you may have. Areas of support may include:

• helping you establish protocols (file naming / CAD standards & formats / document categories etc.)

• setting up the security model, i.e. confirming user roles and permission levels

• providing starter training session(s)

Once the system is up and running, ICON can continue to provide ongoing support and guidance on how to best utilise the system and benefit from it. Additional training is offered if required.
