Whilst The ICON System has been developed by knowledgeable professionals with construction information management experience, the standard ICON System may not be quite solution you need. In these instances, ICON will work with clients to develop the right package.

Firstly, the base system will be implemented and configured to the customer’s needs. If the configuration does not quite match the exact requirements, ICON will then work with the client and develop the system to a specific brief to meet those needs.

The ICON dedicated in-house development team works in partnership with clients, to determine the right level of customisation or development required. The team can also help the client decide an appropriate scope and budget for projects. In most cases, ICON products need very little development in order to fit in with existing processes and systems that clients have.
