Data Collection

ICON has developed a highly efficient and cost-effective system for managing various types of surveys, which provides valuable, real-time accurate information. Using a PDA or laptop on site that is connected to the Internet, a user can input information directly to The ICON System. Alternatively, data can be collected on site and transferred to The System once back in an office.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Wherever possible, information is held in The ICON System as data and not in a document format. This means that the data is better structured and more easily interrogated. A significant feature of The ICON System is the ability to report across a set of surveys, rather than just on a survey-by-survey basis. Users of The System have welcomed this time-saving comparison tool.
